To ensure reliable results in controlling major health-related pests, especially in domestic, urban, commercial, and industrial environments, it is important to use effective products that are suitable for the environment where the insect develops and proliferates.
For this reason, Colkim’s range includes a variety of products specific to the insect, environment, and type of application. Among these, we now introduce a residual pyrethroid with a high knockdown effect and broad-spectrum action, Fendona® PRO.
Fendona® PRO is a concentrated suspension liquid insecticide for professional use in controlling urban pests. Fendona® PRO is effective against flying and crawling insects such as Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana, ants (Lasius niger), common mosquitoes (Culex spp.), wasps (Vespula spp.), bed bugs, and flies (Musca domestica, Stomoxys calcitrans).
Thanks to the purity of the active ingredient, the product provides rapid flushing and knockdown action: it works through contact and ingestion against both adults and larvae, significantly reducing the total population within a few days. How? Once in contact with the insect, the solid microparticles adhere to the legs and body, activating the insecticide and blocking the insect’s nerve impulses.
Fendona® PRO ensures high adhesion to surfaces regardless of their porosity (e.g., concrete, mortar, bricks), without causing significant absorption by materials. This allows for up to three months of residual action in most indoor environments.
Furthermore, the unique concentrated suspension formulation of the insecticide achieves results with low dosages, optimizing treatment costs, and does not tend to accumulate in the environment.
Fendona® PRO should be applied using a conventional manual or electric sprayer set to produce a coarse spray at low pressure. The pest control operator can use Fendona® PRO safely, thanks to a built-in measuring chamber on the bottle for easy dosing.
